Angelo Pironi’s journey in construction began at the age of 18 when he joined his father Paolo’s esteemed masonry company. Paolo Pironi, a master craftsman, built iconic structures, including high-rises in New York City, train depots on Long Island, and temples across Brooklyn and Queens, leading a crew of 70 skilled workers. By the time Angelo was just 20 years old, he was managing his father’s business, demonstrating exceptional leadership and an innate talent for construction.  

Despite his success, Angelo dreamed of building custom homes—a vision he realized in 1979 with the completion of his first bespoke project. However, his path was not without challenges. In 1983, a tragic accident claimed his father’s life, and Angelo returned to the masonry business to honor his father’s legacy by completing all outstanding projects across the tri-state area.  

Angelo and his wife, Silvana, then turned their focus toward creating a family-driven business rooted in personal connection and trust. Together, they grew Pironi Homes into a respected brand known for its meticulous craftsmanship and client-first approach. As project managers, developers, and brokers, Angelo and Silvana have established a reputation for delivering exceptional homes and fostering enduring relationships. Their clients often return for second homes and refer friends and family, ensuring the legacy of a “Pironi Home” lives on.  

Over the years, Angelo has expanded his portfolio to include estates, commercial buildings, and shopping centers throughout Long Island. His work is celebrated for its quality, elegance, and attention to detail. Contractors remain loyal to Angelo, recognizing him as a man of his word and a leader who exemplifies integrity, loyalty, and professionalism.  

Beyond his professional achievements, Angelo is a proud family man who draws inspiration from his Italian heritage. He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, whose commitment to his craft and community continues to define his enduring legacy.

A Trailblazing Entrepreneur and the Heart of Pironi Homes

Silvana Bosco Pironi’s journey in real estate and business leadership is a testament to her vision, determination, and dedication. She began her career in 1981 as a Real Estate Agent for Merrill Lynch, where she quickly rose to prominence as their #1 producer for five consecutive years. In 1987, Silvana earned her Broker’s license and founded her own real estate firm, **S. Bosco Realty**, as a tribute to her late father. Under her leadership, the company flourished, becoming one of Nassau County’s largest independent real estate offices.  

Silvana’s success extended beyond business. She actively contributed to her community, participating in the Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, and Women in Business Club, as well as volunteering with Sons of Italy to support local residents of all ages. Her commitment to service has left a lasting impact on the communities she’s touched.  

Through her real estate work, Silvana met Angelo Pironi, and the two became not only life partners but also dynamic business collaborators. Silvana became the cornerstone of Pironi Homes, playing a pivotal role in its operations and growth. She expertly managed project financing and worked closely with customers to bring their dream homes to life. From securing mortgages to selecting paint colors and home decor, Silvana guided families through every step of the custom home-building process, ensuring each detail reflected their unique vision. Her hands-on approach fostered lasting relationships, with many clients becoming lifelong friends.  

In addition to working closely with customers, Silvana handles the complexities of running the business, coordinating with attorneys, banks, accountants, surveyors, and engineers. She also oversees the daily operations of the office, supported by a loyal staff that includes an office manager who first became a client of Pironi Homes over 30 years ago.  

Silvana’s devotion to her family is as profound as her dedication to her work. A proud wife, mother of four, and grandmother of four, she balances her professional accomplishments with her role as the matriarch of the Pironi family. Her passion for her work and the family business is unwavering, and she takes pride in the legacy she and Angelo have built together.
