To ensure the accuracy and quality of our estimate, we charge a nominal fee, which will be credited back to you if you choose to build with Pironi Homes. Design and Planning
As a design-build firm, Pironi Homes offers a seamless process by combining design and construction under one roof. If you already have an architect, we are happy to collaborate with them to bring your vision to life. Alternatively, you can work with our in-house architects and designers, who will create detailed plans tailored to your lifestyle and preferences. From layouts to material selection, we ensure every element is designed with your needs and style in mind.
Approvals and Permits
We manage all necessary permits and approvals, navigating local regulations and requirements on your behalf to keep the process smooth and efficient.
Construction Begins

Communication and Updates

Final Walkthrough and Home Orientation
Once your home is complete, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. During this time, we also provide a house orientation, teaching you how to operate and maintain key features of your new home—from appliances to smart systems—so you feel confident and comfortable.
